 t dem Historiker Dr. Kurt Messmer\n\n„Viscosistadt“: So heisst der neu
 e Stadtteil auf dem ehemaligen Areal der Viscose-Fabrik\, der seit ein paa
 r Jahren beim Seetalplatz in Emmenbrücke verwirklicht wird. Altes soll te
 ilweise bestehen bleiben\, Neues gebaut werden.\n\nWas 1906 mit der indust
 riellen Produktion von Kunstseide und später Nylon begann\, ist heute ein
  lebendiges Mit- und Nebeneinander von Industrie\, Kreativwirtschaft\, Gew
 erbe\, Handwerk\, Kultur und Bildung (Hochschule Luzern mit dem Departemen
 t Design &amp\; Kunst). Es entsteht ein ganzes Stadtquartier mit unterschi
 edlichsten Nutzungen\, Freiräumen und Grün entlang der Kleinen Emme.\n\n
 Auf einer Fläche so gross wie die Altstadt Luzern (73 000 Quadratmeter) w
 ird die Viscosistadt in den nächsten Jahren alles bieten\, was Leben stä
 dtisch macht.\n\nVorgängige fakultative Frühlingswanderung\n\nStatt mit 
 dem Zug am Mittag nach Emmenbrücke anzureisen\, besteht die Möglichkeit\
 , am Vormittag den anbrechenden Frühling auf einer hübschen\, flachen Wa
 nderung von Eschenbach über Herrendingen nach Rothenburg zu geniessen (2
 ½ Stunden).\n\nVon Rothenburg nach Emmenbrücke nehmen wir den Bus und es
 sen dort im Restaurant in der Viscosistadt.\n\nUm 13.20 schliessen wir uns
  für die Führung den Bahnreisenden an.\n\nNächster Anlass\n\nDonnerstag
 \, 11. April: Wanderung Themenpfad Wölflinswil\n\nSchon die Alemannen hab
 en in der Gegend von Herznach nach Eisenerz gegraben\; die Vorkommen wurde
 n bis ins 20. Jahrhundert genutzt. In der sanften Landschaft des Juraparks
  Aargau folgen wir den Spuren der Eisenabbauer und besichtigen das ehemali
